Victoria Ibhawa is a Senior Human Resources Management Professional with multisector professional experience; Professional Services, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, and Oil and Gas. She is is the founder of INSPIRED FOR IMPACT, an NGO that is focused on supporting professionals in their career endeavors.
Academic background
Victoria is a graduate of the University of Benin, holds an MBA from the Lagos Business School and also attended the prestigious IESE Business School in Spain. She is certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute, USA; Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources International (SPHRi). She is also a certified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (MCIPMN). Victoria is SHL certified in Psychometric Analysis and Hofstede-trained in Organizational Culture Consulting. Victoria is also a John Maxwell certified coach.

Professional Leadership
In recognition of her impact, Victoria has held leadership positions at various times including at Deloitte Nigeria where she was Country Head of Human Resources as well as at Coca-Cola Hellenic, Nigeria as Senior Manager, Organizational Development and Employer Branding. Prior to joining Deloitte, she worked as a Consultant at KPMG Professional Services and was the HR Business Advisor for the largest Business Function – Audit.
In her current role as Country HR Consultant for a leading multinational Oil and Gas Company, she is tasked with defining and contracting the blend of HR (or other functional) resources locally required to deliver Country-focused interventions and contract with resources to deliver business-critical requirements. She also manages and co-ordinates the delivery of defined interventions –leading cross-functional and cross-country teams to achieve project targets. Professional and Business Impact
A respected career coach, Victoria has experience as both a HR practitioner and consultant, having collaborated with leading multinational Companies in both capacities over the course of her career. A multiple time HR Directors Panel discussant at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, Victoria is also a facilitator for the Institute’s learning programmes and has served on the Institute’s Committee on Strategic Planning Initiatives. Victoria is a well-recognized Speaker and has facilitated sessions for leading organizations across various industries, including Lagos Business School, GTB, Leap Africa, Lafarge Africa, Unilever, LifePage Group, ISN Medical, El-Rishon Group, The Entrepreneurship Academy, Access Bank, and IOT West Africa, 2023.
As Head of HR for Deloitte Nigeria at a crucial time when the organization was undergoing significant change to reposition within Nigeria, in West Africa and in Africa, Victoria led her team to achieve to significant accomplishments and recognition awards such as the 2015 Best Place to Work in Nigeria Awards – 1st Position given by the Great Place to Work International, 2015 Excellence in Learning and Development – Best Practice Award given by the Great Place to Work International and the 2014 CIPMN Best HR Practices Awards – 2nd Position), given by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria.
Victoria Ibhawa currently serves as a Board Member of LIFEPAGE Group (Nigeria), and The Entrepreneurship Academy (Nigeria), where she is also a faculty member on a Pro bono basis and teaches participants on Setting Up Business Structures and Retaining the Right Talent for Business Success. As a member of the Board of these organizations, Victoria plays an advisory role in steering Corporate Governance and supporting the organization’s executives towards achieving Company goals.

Driven by a strong passion to support professionals on their career journey and growth aspirations, in 2018, Victoria founded a not-for–profit targeted at professionals called the Victoria Ibhawa INSPIRED FOR IMPACT Foundation, a platform that aims to support professionals to achieve their optimum potential while taking charge of their careers and lives’ purpose and achieving sustained impact in their spheres of influence. Victoria is married to Oseremen Ibhawa, and they both have twin teenage girls, Mabel, and Ethel.
